Jamon Iberico / Paleta Iberica de Cebo - Iberian shoulder ham from grain fattening

The air-dried ham shoulder comes from the Iberian pig (50% Iberico breed), which was bred with grain fattening.
The thinly sliced slices of Iberico ham are obtained from the shoulder ham (paleta) in a maturation period of 24 months. This part of the Iberico ham has an even stronger taste than the ham.
The ham shoulder is machine cut and vacuum-tight and is available in different quantities.
