Cava Brut
The "Cava Brut" is a dry sparkling wine which, however, has a lower residual sugar content than a German "Sekt dry".
For comparison, the Brut may have a residual sugar content of up to 12 g / l, while the dry sparkling wine has 17 to 32 g / l.
You notice this difference in taste: the Brut tastes tart and therefore drier than the "dry sparkling wine".
