Cava Brut Nature

Cava Brut Nature is a naturally tart Spanish sparkling wine. With a maximum residual sugar content of 3 g / l, it is an extremely dry sparkling wine.
In terms of quality, a cava does not come close to a German sparkling wine. The Spanish Brut Nature is more like a champagne or a crémant from its northern neighbor.
