Spanish paté with apple and onion

Onion, apple and Modena vinegar. This combination of ingredients gives this pâté a sweet and smooth taste that makes it the best accompaniment to a myriad of recipes.
It is the most versatile of our range of pâtés. We can use it to combine rice, meat and pasta, or to spread the base of a quiche.

Instead of making a stir-fry with onion to flavor our dishes, you can use our pâté as the base of the dish. As long as we keep in mind that it will have a fresher touch to the taste, due to the apple.
The pâté can also be tasted simply with toast.
