Bull Blanco artesano - handmade porc sausage
Bull is a related sausage of the Butifarra, and is based on an ancient Roman recipe. The Bull Sausage is made from lean, fresh pork (not beef as the name suggests) and is only lightly seasoned with garlic, pepper and salt. The bull negre can be compared to the German blood sausage.
