Longaniza del Rebost
Longaniza is a fine, air-dried, salami-like raw sausage made from minced pork from Spain, which is closely related to the Spanish chorizo, but is seasoned with black pepper instead of paprika powder.

Pork meat and fat, LACTOSE, salt, antioxidants (sodium lactate and isoascorbate), spices, dextrose, dextrin and preservatives (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate).
