The traditionally brewed black pudding made from lean pork and rice, onions, finely seasoned with spices, has a unique taste.
It is ideal for grilling over an open flame or frying in the pan, and is packed in handy portions of 6-8 sausages.
Traditionally produced since 1959, in Spain it is sliced as tapas and served on white bread with a cold drink such as white wine or beer.
