The name of this Spanish virgin olive oil extra comes from a place, where there are centenary of olive trees and of great production. Sierra Prieta is the result of many years of experience and passion in the world of olive cultivation as a long tradition. Extra virgin olive oil that is obtained from the month of November and December is an oil made with more mature olives of Picual and Cornicabra, which makes it an oil with a lighter but equally excellent spicy taste.
Oil of medium intensity of fruity with a balanced combination of ripe green nuances, a sign of the precise choice of the optimum moment of ripening. Notes of ripe and green fruits, reminiscent of freshly cut grass and tomatoes, mixing these with nuances reminiscent of aromatic plants, and add complexity to the oil. As in the nose, in the mouth it quickly marks its personality based on a bitter and spicy with character but balanced. The almond and leaf sensations appear with great persistence, seeming to leave the mouth.
