The name of this excellent Spanish virgin olive oil extra comes from its place of production Valdepeñas and has grown to the optimal degree of ripeness of the Frantoio olive. The taste of this ecological olive oil contains a bride spectrum from fruity to a very balanced herbal taste. Very smooth and balanced in taste.
TASTING: Fantastic monovarietal of Frantoio olives that presents an intense aroma of green olives, and of grass and olive leaf in the nose. On the fruit level, it is reminiscent of green and red apple, banana and green almond. At a plant level, it has reminiscences of the tomato plant and culminates with an intense aroma of wild herbs and cinnamon.
PAIRING: On the palate this transalpine monovarietal can be described as exceptional due to its intense aftertaste aroma of olives and other green fruits. Medium and highly balanced spice and bitterness. Its entry is very sweet, fluid and light. Exceptional oil as a whole that stands out for its high persistence and strong personality.
