Queso de Oveja Ahumado - Ripened sheep cheese
Spanish cheese, ripened sheep's cheese made of raw cheep´s milk of 45-60% of fat. Perfectly suitable for tapas, on sandwiches, aperitivs etc.
Ingredients
Raw sheep's milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments, calcium chloride and preservatives E-252 and E-1105 (derived from EGG). Conservatives in bark: E-235, E-202 and coloration: E-172. Inedible bark. Origin of milk: Spain.
