Spanish sheep's cheese, made from strong milk from sheep that live in the heart of Spain. The sheep's milk is used raw to retain all its flavour.
Refined with rosemary, this cheese has a very special flavour. 
Recommended for tapas, snacks, aperitifs, etc.
