Queso Mezcla Curado - Ripened mixed cheese (cow, goat, sheep milk)
Ripened Spanish cheese elaborated with pasteurized sheep, goat and cow milk with a minimum 50% fat content and a curing period of 7-8 months. Recommended for tapas, snacks, aperitifs, etc.
Variable weight article (350 g +- 35 g).
Ingredients
Pasteurized cow's milk (30% min), goat's milk (20% min) and sheep's milk (10% min), salt, lactic ferments, rennet, sequestrant: calcium chloride. Bark preservatives: E-235, E-202 and colorant: E-172. Non-edible bark. Origin of the milk: Spain.
