This Spanish virgin olive oil is a cupage, which means that it is obtained from different types of olives.
The predominant proportion of olive fruit is the Argutell variety, which is cultivated in the groves of northern Spain.
In terms of taste, the fruity, sweetish component dominates significantly above the bitter sharpness.

The virgin olive oil is delivered in a 2 liter canister. Its flavor note is suitable for cold serving on vegetables, potatoes, rice, salad, bread, as well as for frying and deep-frying.

Olive oil production is not industrial and in small quantities. The sale of these olive oils is carried out exclusively without the wholesale trade.
This is the only way to preserve real quality that can be fully tasted.
