All i oli - garlic mayonnaise
Catalan All i oli, Spanish Alioli Sauce, which actually means "garlic and oil" is typical of the western Mediterranean, where it has been prepared for centuries. Ferrer makes it following the traditional recipe: without eggs and only with oil, garlic, lemon juice and salt. Due to its versatility, we recommend it to accompany all kinds of grilled meat and fish, but also fideuás, vegetables and salads.
