Queso de Cabra Madurado - ripened goat cheese
Spanish cheese made from pasteurized goat's milk with a fat content between 45 and 60% (fat cheese) and matured for 25 days.
Recommended for tapas, sandwiches, snacks, etc. Due to its creaminess when heated, this cheese is ideal for warm sandwiches and for gratinating.
Article with variable weight (320 g +- 90 g).
Ingredients:
Pasteurized goat's milk, salt, calcium chloride, rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme, lactic ferments. Bark: preservatives: E-235 and potassium sorbate, dye: annatto. Inedible.
