Longaniza artesana 250 g - handmade salamilike sausage

Very similar to Fuet, but with its own peculiarities. The combination of products used is much leaner, the refined taste is stronger, and their ripening is longer and slower. Not to forget that its diameter is larger than that of the Fuet sausage.
