Fuet artesano - handcrafted noble salami without additives
Fuet, which is also known under the names Espetec, Tastet or Seallona, is one of the most typical types of sausage from Catalonia.
This homemade Fuet enjoys the highest quality standard and was made in a family business in the Alt Empordà region near Figueres from local meat of absolutely trustworthy origin.
All sausage specialties produced are gluten and lactose free.

Manufacturing:
The production is done by hand in the family butcher's shop in Empordà.
The Fuet bears the stamp of indisputable tradition, made from local Empordà meat that comes from absolutely trustworthy sources.
As usual in the production of excellent air-dried sausage specialties, the meat is minced at a low temperature, then mixed with salt and black pepper and kneaded. The finished Fuet salami is then stored for about 15 days in the drying room in order to go through the hardening process.
The storage temperature is 4 - 7 ° C.
