Butifarra Negra artesana - traditionally handcrafted Spanish black pudding
This black pudding is another classic of Spanish delicacies, made from the base parts of the pig and its blood, which gives it its characteristic color.
The Butifarra Negra is finely seasoned and, compared to the similar Morcilla black pudding, has no rice and onion filling.
