La Chinata Fig Flavored Balsamic Vinegar is characterized by its intense and sweet flavor, its dark color and its dense texture.
It is made through an artisan process, macerating natural figs from Extremadura, in which all their properties and most characteristic flavor are preserved.
It is an ideal gourmet product for meat and fish, as well as for salads or grilled vegetables, carpaccios, sauces and ripened cheeses. Also for fruit salads and for marinating fish and meat.
